First in a series?

So, I just started this blog and I'm going to try and use it as a tool to keep in touch with everyone and to provide you all with a glimpse of my day-to-day life. In the spirit of friendship and honesty, somewhat like our rationale for engaging in war with Iraq, I feel like I need to tell you that my life is somewhat less exciting than most. I understand that that isn't such a compelling reason for you to read this blog...so, in an effort to introduce some spice, I'll also provide some "color"commentary on absurd happenings in the world.
